Jessielyn (Jessie) Capua is a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, proudly graduating as Valedictorian from the renowned Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.

Alongside her clinical practice, she serves as the trainer for the Junior A hockey team, the Tottenham Railers—bringing a unique perspective to her work with athletes and individuals recovering from injury or physical strain.

With a background in martial arts, Jessie has a deep appreciation for the demands placed on the body and the importance of recovery.

She provides a wide range of treatments for clients of all ages—from children to seniors—including sports massage, deep tissue therapy, relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage, TMJ intra-oral treatment, and both breast and abdominal massage.

Jessie takes pride in creating a supportive and professional environment where each treatment is tailored to her clients’ unique goals and needs. Whether addressing chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply providing a space to relax, she is committed to enhancing her clients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being—helping them feel and function their best every day.

Jessie is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the clinic.
