She combines therapeutic massage, corrective exercise, and practical lifestyle strategies to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction—not just the symptoms.
With a background in Pilates and personal training, Linda has a strong understanding of how the body is meant to move.
Her treatments focus on relieving muscle tension, improving posture, and restoring functional movement so patients can return to their daily activities and long-term goals with confidence.
Linda’s has additional training in **fascial stretch therapy** and is currently pursuing an education in acupuncture.
She believes that movement is essential to long-term health and that treatment should support both recovery and performance.
Linda works with patients to reduce pain, prevent injury, and build a stronger, more resilient body—without giving up the activities they enjoy.
Linda is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
