Registered Massage Therapist
Adrienne has been passionate about all things health and wellness from an early age. With a background in athletics and an avid fitness enthusiast most of her life, she understands the desire to live an active pain free life.
Adrienne has
always had a strong desire to help others feel their best, so naturally, massage therapy was the perfect career choice.
Adrienne has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
since 2008. She believes in treating the body as a whole; mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually. She has been applying her skills on a variety of clientele ranging from pre-natal women, athletes, those who suffer from chronic pain as well as children.
Alongside massage therapy, Adrienne has taken numerous courses and workshops to further her education and expand her knowledge. She is also a certified Reiki Energy Healer.
She believes in empowering her clients to take an active role in their health care and recovery by providing the tools they need to help themselves along in their journey.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys being outdoors, cooking, reading and spending time with her husband and two children.
Adrienne is available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
